My Self-Care Routines
Creating crystal grids is my absolute favorite way to deeply connect with myself and to move through different phases of life. I incorporate crystals, flowers, and other objects that hold significant meaning to me into my grids. I also love using tarot and oracle cards as a self-psychology tool. I frequently book massage and craniosacral therapy sessions for myself. And when I’m not doing any of those things, I will be indulging in a bubble bath, complete with bath salts, herbs, candles, and a guided meditation.
Fun Facts About Me
My favorite animals are toads, cicadas, ravens, and snakes. I bring up astrology and moon phases any chance I can get. If I could, I would be barefoot all the time. My favorite flowers are Dahlias, Hollyhocks, and Peonies. I currently have 11 tattoos, and I’m a sucker for a good latte.
My Story
Since I was a little girl, I have always been captivated by the human body and had a passion for helping others. I have worked in many different environments and with many different people – all of which have prepared a beautiful foundation for my role in the world of holistic care.
My previous positions have included working as a Therapeutic Recreation Director of a nursing home, a Behavior Therapist for children with Autism, a Certified Nursing Assistant at a major hospital, and a Program Coordinator for adults with disabilities. I also was a dance teacher for 15 years!
Establishing New Atlantis was a dream come true. I have longed to provide meaningful and trustworthy care to my community, and in 2020, it all began. I have learned so much through my time with my clients and have experienced some of the most heart-warming moments imaginable.
