Massage Therapy Overview
Massage Therapy is used to help manage a health condition or enhance wellness. It involves manipulating the soft tissues of the body. Massage has been practiced in most cultures, both Eastern and Western, throughout human history, and was one of the earliest tools that people used to try to relieve pain.

For Relaxation: As often as you like and can afford! Weekly, monthly, or longer – prevention is better than cure. For maximum benefits, booking regular sessions are recommended.
For Pain Relief: Leave at least 3 days between massages to allow muscles to recover. Weekly or bi-weekly appointments are best until the pain subsides.
For Tension Relief: Weekly is advised for at least 4 weeks to fully work out areas of tension, and thereafter, monthly appointments to prevent them from re-occurring.
